Concept Design & Development

The campaign would run for 12 months, accompanied by celebratory product releases. The launch phase, scheduled to run for two months, had three fan-favorite products lined up in limited-edition colors.

Rather than starting things off with a history lecture about legacy, we would focus on the, "celebration of innovation" by continuing to look forward. The color palette of the launch products would be the inspiration for the visual concept. Futuristic, sci-fi minimalism acted as the dominant motif; think the original iPod, The Matrix (but blue instead of green), and robots. Because robots are rad.

Content Strategy

Given the nature of the digital marketing landscape, maintaining hype and engagement was crucial. Promo teasers were created for social media platforms in the weeks leading to launch. Concept art was posted frequently with minimal context to stir audience intrigue. Suggestive macro-shot photography of product details added to the excitement.

The anniversary campaign ran alongside regular marketing operations. In order to meet the demands of longterm, frequent posting, custom built, user-friendly image templates were made. This allowed our social media team to swap out product images according to product release and post-scheduling, while maintaining an efficient workload for the design team.
